Isn’t Monday morning the worst day of the week?!
You had such an amazing weekend! You could relax, watch TV, party, hiking, be with friends/family or anything else you like to do. Then Monday comes around, you will have to get up early and work, work and work. The week starts all over again and you are already waiting for Friday. Yes, this is really terrible but on the contrary, Monday is not…

If you hate Monday to Thursday, you hate 64.28% of your entire life!

Is this your mindset every week? Then you have some drastic changes to make in your life. It is a sentiment that has been programmed in our heads for the last couple of years. There are all kinds of quotes, vines, posts or memes shattered on the internet. Here are some examples of images that can be found in any feed of any social media channel.

Facebook – Fuck Monday

Please do a search query for ‘F*** Monday’ and see for yourself..

Let’s deprogram that you hate Monday’s so much and only live for the weekend. If you genuinely dislike what you do so much that you beg for Friday, then you shouldn’t blame Monday at all. It is all you. This might seem harsh but look at it this way.

What if this Monday, would be your last Monday ever?

Would you still perceive that Monday as the worst day of your life? I really don’t think you would. On the contrary, you would start thinking about the bigger picture, what do you really want to do. This is the perspective you should have on every Monday!

If you spend every week waiting for the weekend and hating the day you are actually living, then you hate 64.28% hating your life. That is more than half of your entire life?!

We are living in a world full of possibilities, you can have that dream job you want! Let’s deprogram your thinking, start loving every Monday to Thursday and Friday to Sunday too.

You’ll create your own life. You will have to see it flash by your eyes once you pass on. Better make that little video of your life worth the while.

Gary Vaynerchuk has made its purpose to change this ‘F*** Monday’ thinking. He made a video about “Why are you hating 64.28% of your life”.
