Do You Start Your Day with Positive Energy?

How do you start your morning? You make a coffee or do a short work-out? Or are you that kind of person that doesn’t want to get out the bed at all? With either of those morning routines, you are missing something important that could improve not just your morning but your entire life.

About a year ago, I started watching more YouTube videos and I stumbled upon the YouTube Profile ‘Be Inspired’. They created all kinds of motivational movies that can bring you on a different level whenever you need to wake up or even when you are falling asleep.

I am one of those people, that does not always like to get up early in the morning and I do really love my ‘beauty’ sleep. I hated it every morning and just preferred to go back to sleep and could skip my classes from time to time. I knew that it was time for a change, an improvement. So I started researching that YouTube profile ‘Be Inspired’ and started listening to their VODcasts. I do not really know how to get my enthusiasm for these videos across to writing but I’ll try…

IT IS FREAKIN’ AWESOME!!

It changed my morning from a complete to disaster to being inspired and wanted to get up so I could have another amazing day. These VODcasts are not about someone’s life or a theory, they are about evolving yourself in what you want to become. What are your dreams and wishes in life? You are not going to achieve them by laying in the bed or by putting yourself down. Here is an example of my favorite video:

Doesn’t this give you the power to make your dreams reality and your wishes magically to come true?! It does for me and every morning again (even though I know I exactly what they are saying) I listen to it again. Imaging myself in the future using the practices I have learned from the 12 Universal Laws.

I would recommend this to anyone in the morning!
